A coordinator picks an employee out of the HR system — or drops in the contract they were sent — and the government form comes back filled, with every value showing where it came from. The review still happens. The copy-typing stops.
Pricing, the forms covered and the data-protection detail all live on the product site. This page is the company; hairdocs.no is the product.
How we build
Every tool we ship does its reading and its writing on the customer's own infrastructure. That is an architecture decision taken at the start, not a compliance page written at the end — it is why there is no account to create, no upload step to switch off, and no sub-processor touching personal data to negotiate over.
The model that reads your documents runs on the same computer that opened them. Filling a form works with the network cable out.
A DPA, a DPIA and a processing record exist because the architecture made them short — not because a customer asked for them.
